But let your mum know that you know exactly who she is. Remember, that conversation must be respectful on your part. You are not going to tell her so she can change. No, you are telling her so she knows that you know. As to your sisters, I presume they are all adults. Let them go and hustle like every other adult. You owe them nothing. Don’t give the food made for kings to paupers.

Na so o my brother. Same happened to my husband. He lost his job and everyone took off except for a few. When he got his job back, they all came running back again.

Lol this is normal in Nigeria. See as a first child your parents and siblings feel entitled to your labour. Also they want to bring you down to level if you are successful (this is called see finish) as if change is inevitable. You need to smartly keep your distance for your sanity and also so you don’t do something stupid when they start mis behaving. God is your strength. It is well!!!!
