Police in Taraba State have rescued a suspected phone thief from being lynched by an angry mob in Jalingo, the state capital. 

According to one Vishon Keto, the suspect was caught in the act at Road Block Axis of Jalingo on Thursday morning, February 22, 2024.

The mob descended on the suspect before men of the state police command intervened and rescued him.
